The source is Abba Silos 5th Edition Misal Diario y Vesperal, Compendium Musicae Sacrae Edition Za:1954

Non fecit taliter omni nationi: et judica sua non manifestavit eis. alleluia -
Co. Non fecit is used for the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
